@pztrn The bug is here http://identi.ca/url/75551659 You should be able to track it.
-
I also don’t want to focus on proxied sites, so it’s not really a design goal.
-
Although I worked with a guy once who worked on Logo at MIT and claimed they had 0 reported bugs.
-
Because their bugtracker was more of a bug than tracker?

-
kernel.org started using Pelican for generating their static content. Tried it out and I really like it.
-
Yeah, I just don’t want to marry myself to github. It would be easy to move the content elsewhere, so maybe it’s a moot point.
-
As long as you use the CNAME functionality, it’s moot :)
-
Good point.

@joar The “add to collection” button disappeared in the last update. Regression, bug, or was it moved elsewhere?

@joar Gobblin.se allows creating collections, but not adding files to them or viewing them. Is the site pending a software update?
-
I just did a git pull, try again and let’s hope the issue is gone. !gobblin
-
@joar Just checked, now it works! But the clip just beside the “add attachment” button is unintuitive as a “collect” button.
-
I agree, there’s an open issue about that. I hope @schendje can take a look at it, but I think he has lots of other stuff on his table. http://issues.mediagoblin.org/ticket/498

So the !Python standard is ‘write your docstrings in ReST’, but there’s no quick command-line tool like pydoc that actually parses ReST. :(
-
!Python uses sphinx for their own docs. sphinx parses ReST. If there’s none, somebody should make it.
-
“If there’s none, somebody should make it.” was in regards to that.

@mlinksva I didn’t get confirmation on that though I put it in the post, but it was based on my estimations of human time spent on this one
-
That said I think a lot of the time spent wouldn’t need to be spent on a subsequent campaign? I hope this is a future direction for the FSF!
-
@cwebber that’s my hope, why I asked. :-)
